Each month I compile statistical information on sales of real estate in Rockport and Aransas County.In addition to the statistics I have provided my interpretation of what is happening in the market and what buyers/sellers/investors should do in the market today. This is strictly an opinion and I am hoping that people that look at this page will provide me with there opinion and interpretation of the market and maybe even start a dialogue.
