Personal

Dee graduated from Rockport-Fulton High School. While in school she was always busy with sports. She graduated from Michigan State University and worked as a real estate broker for the state of Michigan in there Real Estate Division. Dee is currently in Leadership Aransas County Class XXIV.

Gary came to Rockport after retiring from Electronic Data Systems. He is a graduate of Eastern Washington State University and holds an MBA degree from the University of Portland in Portland, Or. Gary is a Navy veteran, serving on the destroyers USS Mansfield and USS Trathen in the initial stages of the Vietnam conflict.

Dee and Gary are members of the Rockport Chamber of Commerce, Rockport Center for the Arts, the Texas Martime Museum and the Rockport Yacht Club. Dee is also involved in the Humming Bird Festival and is in Leadership Aransas County Class XIV.  Gary is a graduate of the Leadership Aransas County Class XII, serves on the LAC Alumni board and has facilitated session for LAC Class XIII. 

We have been described as an active and determined team. We get it done.

Professional

We do not 'sell' real estate. 

For Buyers - we specialize in helping our clients find the property they want then work with them to get through the process of purchasing  and closing on the property.  This includes helping our buyers find financing if they need it,  finding qualified inspectors, insurance agents and closing agents. 

For our Seller clients we market their property through the web and personal contacts.  When a buyer is found we work on the sellers behalf to assure the sale goes through to closing.
